deposit or purchasing a bird.

💰 Deposits

To reserve a baby parrot, a non-refundable deposit is required based on species:

Cockatiels  $50

Conures  $100

Kakarikis  $100

Caiques  $200

Mustache Parakeets  $200

• Reservation: Birds are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received.

• Payment Methods: We accept  PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, cash and Credit Card.

• (** Venmo, PayPal and Credit Card have a processing fee**)

• Non-Transferable: Deposits apply to the specific bird selected and cannot be transferred to another bird or customer.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.

🐣 Purchase & Pickup

• Balance Due: The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup. 

• For babies being shipped, payment in full is due 3 days prior to shipping.

• Weaning & Pickup: Baby parrots are ready for pickup once fully weaned.

• We will notify you when your bird is ready.

• ​

• Holding Policy: We will hold your bird for up to 7 days after weaning. After that, a daily boarding fee of $10/day may apply.

• ​

• Health Guarantee: All parrots come with a 7-day health guarantee.

• ​

• Please have your bird examined 

  by an avian vet within this period.  Failure to do so nullifies any responsibility of our aviary
• ​

• Final Sale: Due to biosecurity and animal welfare concerns, all sales are final once the bird leaves our aviary unless a certified avian veterinarian has diagnosed a genetic defect or disease present at initial exam.

📦 Shipping & Updates

• Shipping: We offer shipping via Delta Air Cargo. Additional fees apply.  Shipping is currently $200

• Updates: We provide regular photo/video updates of your baby parrot upon request.
